Reports are used to retrieve and visualize statistics about orders based on different details and topics.

Several reports are provided out of the box, while additional custom reports can be designed as needed. All reports can be viewed within the KIBO Composable Commerce platform or exported as a file for external use.

Lookers embedded into the solution offer a powerful analytics tool where customers can configure reports and generate exports. Anyone familiar with Google’s Looker reporting will find it works similarly.

When you log in to KIBO’s admin UI, you are greeted with the order dashboard, which is one of the standard dashboards that KIBO provides out of the box. You can interact with all reports from the home screen or navigate to the reports menu. Access can be restricted based on user roles and permissions.

The order dashboard is made up of eleven unique reports or looks, and KIBO provides over a hundred and fifty dashboards containing thousands of reports. Filters can be modified at any time. Each report is listed in tiles, showing order metrics such as total number, average order value, and fulfillment percentages.

You can reload and refresh individual reports or the entire dashboard as needed. Functions include downloading data, scheduling deliveries, and resetting filters for customized views.

KIBO offers several out-of-the-box dashboards that can be accessed through a structured folder system. You can save and favor dashboards for quick access.

From the shipment type dashboard to product-specific dashboards, KIBO showcases reporting capabilities, including returns and shipment counts.

KIBO reporting allows users to aggregate relevant data, identifying opportunities or potential issues in one place. Modifications to reports and dashboards cater to specific business needs.
